Comments 3 wooded residential or recreational lots available in Salchaket Heights (Harding Lake Area) at $9,500 each. Lot 1: Tax I.D. 405477, 1.85 acres - assessed 2016 at $8,800. Hilly southeasterly territorial view. Semi-Secluded as although it's a borough maintained road, it's a bit out of the way and there are no improved lots on South Draw Rd. to date. Apparently the borough does not have plowed if there is not an improvement (house) on that road. Nice Sunday Drive. ADDENDUM Driving down South Draw, the lot numbers go down hill such as 3, 2, then at the end "1". Could not find any stakes. Paced off just to get a general idea. Per Plat, the lot starts 50 ft. back from center line. To get into lots, must bushwhack your way for about 20 ft. of new growth spruce. Once inside, nicely wooded and walkable lots.
